One individual session - One off session, consists of 2 hours at a cost of £180.
Container booking - 6 x 1 hour sessions over 3 months at a cost of £600.

Online/Face to face one off session that will empower company Leaders/Directors/Managers to grow and nurture their understanding of the importance of positive mental health for their employees, workplaces and company mission/values.
